L298n Stepper Motor Driver Controller Board Module Manual

This is a simple 'Proof of Concept' using an L298 Dual H-Bridge motor controller and an Arduino UNO to control a small salvaged printer stepper motor. The motor in question is a Bi-Polar 24 volt stepper motor 7.5 degrees per step.

The set up uses a simple 5 volt wall wart for power and then a simple bread board to allow me to have power inputs to the Arduino UNO AND the motor. This way, the Arduino UNO isn't supplying the motor with power. Since the L298 is ideally designed to operate at 7 volts or more up to around 37 I believe. I didn't want to source power to the motor from the Arduino UNO even though with 5 volts it is likely safe.

In the future, I'll use a full 24 volts to drive the motor to check the torque. The simple code for this test can be found in a Google doc.
