Short story long: i seem to recall that the ability to run 2 copys of the same product, at the same time, on 2 separate mechines, is a violatation of the EULA (and therefore illegal inder the user agreement). Long story short: no legal (>>) way that i know of without buying a second copy of the game. Simple solutions, download and play the demo while you're waiting, or learn to make some maps, or merely buy another copy (it aint all that expencive these days). The game does NOT run from the cd unless you choose it to by choosing a minimal installation. The cd is required in the drive because the game runs a check to see if it is there. This means you can't run the game without the disk or with a burnt disk.

This means that you must buy a copy for every pc you want to install it on. This means the developers, Croteam, get the their hard earned money and are able to support their family, buy food and continue to make games. Not only is it illegal to do what your asking, but it is immoral. Stop bieng so cheap and just go buy another copy. Serious Sam consists of two parts, the first and second encounter.

They are both seperate cds, and must be purchased individually, so you could play the first part while your mother plays the second part. Arn't EULAs of extremely dubiously legitimacy? They try to force restrictions greater then the ones prescribed by law on you after you have already payed for the product. Imagine if you bought a car, the dealer mentions no restrictions. So you pay for it and drive it home, and suddenly he pops out of no were grabs the key away from you and says he wont give it back unless you promise not to drive it on Tuesdays. Your going to tell him to go to hell and that if he wanted you to comply he should have mentioned it BEFORE the sale. If he persists in annoying you it is you who will have the backing of the law not him.

V1.05-v1.07 ----------- 1.07 is not net-game compatible with older versions.
