I got a used machine that's like brand new but I cannot get the machine to work with the computer software. It says the machine is not connected while I have it hooked up. I've installed the drivers from the program and done everything I could think of. It's an expression 2 connecting to windows 7 and I tried 10 laptop with USB.

When the drivers are installed it shows the Cricut as being connected and it's listed under 'other devices.' I've googled and chased every result but I have yet to find a solution. If anyone could help it would be very much appreciated.

I was trying to cut a very large file in MTC on my Cricut Expression. I got an error saying that there had been an error when cutting (unfortunately, I did not get a screen capture). I closed MTC, turned off my Cricut and rebooted the machine. I am still getting the Not Recognized message. I have tried to download new drivers but the system still won't recognize the device.
